Procurement
Buying the right components at the best price is a skillful task. With many years of experience behind us, we can help with this.
Assembly
The bare PCB(s) are assembled. Usually, these will use Surface Mount Technology (SMT). This gives the best performance, and the smallest product, but requires a setting-up charge. For small quantities, some customers prefer through-hole technology, which can be assembled by hand.
Inspection & Test
The production process is not complete until quality control procedures have been completed. This involves visual inspection and thorough functional testing.
