NDA
An NDA is a simple contract between you and us, which binds us to keep all your documentation and communications secret, and prohibits us from working on potentially conflicting products. It therefore allows you to speak freely to us about your ideas without fear that they will become known by outsiders, particularly your competitors. You may have your own contract, or you can use this one  .
Related Patent Issues
The use of an NDA is particularly important if you are likely to want to take out a patent on your idea at a later stage. Disclosing the idea without an NDA may constitute 'prior disclosure' which would automatically disqualify you from being granted a patent.
