The consultation normally takes the form of a meeting held at Project House. If this is not appropriate, the initial discussions can be held by phone, email, virtual meeting or at the customer's premises. The initial hour of consultation is always FREE of charge at our premises.
We will consider your requirements and propose an appropriate course of action. A typical agenda for the first meeting is:
- You explain your idea
- You provide a Functional Specification
- We discuss IPR and patent issues
- We discuss the development budget
- We discuss time scales for development and production
- We discuss the volume and selling price of the product
- We propose how best to proceed
After this meeting we will produce a quotation for one of the following:
- The development stage(s)
- A Feasibility Study
- Some research
- Writing a Requirements Specification
Once the Functional Specification is in place, it will usually be possible to estimate a timescale and budget for the development of the product.
