PROTOTYPING

Electronics Prototyping Specialists

Our electronics prototyping service is the quickest and easiest way to prove your design

Working Model

The electronics circuitry can be developed by using a working model (breadboard prototype).

A working model is an essential step in the development of any electronic product. It can be used to prove the concept and all functional aspects of the device can be verified. Any shortcomings in the design brief will quickly emerge.

Prototype

A prototype is the first PCB made and assembled by hand.  It is used to prove the functionality of the design and the PCB layout. This may be subject to several revisions.

At the end of this stage you will have a fully functional printed circuit board to show your prospective customers, marketers, and financial backers.

Pre-Production Prototype

The final version of the prototype, when the prototype has been revised several times and the development is deemed complete.

The Pre-Production Prototype may be used to demonstrate the product or as a sample for manufacturing.

Our highly skilled expert designers can produce a hand assembled Pre-Production Prototype to your bespoke requirements.
